The incentive of this free mini-course is to show you that self-care is more than just pampering yourself whenever you feel like it or make the time to do so. True Self-Care is a lifestyle choice that you make every single day of your life.
I explain what nurturing self-care is, what the four pillars of self-care are, and why proper self-care is a necessity if you want to live a healthy, happy life. I share self-care activities for each pillar that you can easily implement into your daily routine. Every new day, every decision you make, the movements you make, the thoughts you think, the words you speak, the emotions you feel, and the way you treat your body are opportunities to take care of yourself.
Your Instructor
Cornelia Merk is a transformational health and life coach. She helps mainly women who are yearning to reconnect to their own Divinity, which, in turn, allows them to discover and live their ultimate life purpose. In here work, she focuses on Self-Love and Self-Care to initiate the inner transformation necessary to achieve holistic health and healing.
She has an extensive background in the study of human potential, the body’s self-healing capacity, and the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and brain. Since healing her own shoulder and back pain in 1998, Cornelia has taught Nia, body awareness, movement, and back pain classes in health centers and gyms in Germany and England. She also works with private clients all over the world to guide them to discover and release the body’s power to heal itself by overcoming limiting beliefs and mindsets and enhancing self-love and self-care. Her goal is to help them develop a lifestyle that supports increased health and well-being on all levels and honors their Divine Self.
